What information we collect

playfluxmo is designed to collect as little as possible. We do not require personal information to use the site. If you create a free account, the display name and related preferences you choose are stored locally in your browser using localStorage. This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly contact us.

If you send a message through the contact form, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.

Cookies and localStorage

We use functional cookies and localStorage for two purposes: to remember your cookie consent choice, and to store your display name if you create an account. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to track you across other websites. A cookie consent banner is shown on your first visit; you can accept or clear your browser storage at any time.

The embedded game

Fishing-frenzy is an embedded browser game displayed on the play page. When the game frame loads it may set its own technical storage to function correctly. We do not control that third-party content beyond embedding it on the page. We recommend reviewing the privacy practices of the game provider if you have specific concerns about data handled inside the frame.

How we use your information

Any information we handle is used only to operate the site: saving your display name locally, responding to contact enquiries, and maintaining basic site functionality. We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

Other than the embedded game frame, we do not load third-party analytics, advertising scripts or social tracking code. Any third-party content is limited to what is required to display and run the embedded game.

Data retention

localStorage data lives in your browser until you clear it. Contact form messages are retained only as long as needed to respond and are then deleted. We do not hold personal data longer than necessary.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. You can clear your browser's storage at any time to remove your saved display name and consent preference. Security

We take reasonable technical steps to protect the site and any information it handles. Because display names are stored locally in your browser, the security of that data also depends on the security of your device and browser.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
